The fee
Credited toward whatever comes next.
€450 for the session, fixed. If you move forward with Property Advisory, Relocation Advisory, or Nomad Setup within 90 days, it's credited in full toward that service. If you don't move forward at all, you keep the Blueprint.
Property Advisory works the same way: one fixed fee, agreed before any property is found, so there's never a reason to steer you toward the pricier option.
